How does this service work?

1. You submit a request for the part you need.
2. Pending part availability, an estimate will be issued.
3. You choose between:
- Local Yard Pull
- Brokered Source
4. Upon payment & approval, the rest is handled—with Keep On Pickin' managing the full sourcing and shipping process.

What’s the difference between Local Pull and Brokered Part?

Local Pull: Parts are located at a local yard, carefully removed, inspected, cleaned, and shipped to you. You'll get behind-the-scenes photos and updates.Brokered Part: Part is sourced from another seller. You can choose to:
•Have it shipped directly to you (faster, lower fee), or
•Have it shipped to us first for a thorough inspection, cleaning, and repackaging, before being sent to you (slightly higher fee, but higher confidence).

Do I pay before or after the part is found?

You’ll receive a quote with a service fee and estimated shipping. Full payment is due before the part is pulled or ordered. This covers the labor, time, and tools used to fulfill your request—if the part turns out to be unavailable or defective from a third party a refund or credit will be issued.

What happens if you can’t find my part?

If your part cant be located after a set period (usually 7-10 days), you'll receive a refund of your service fee minus a small research/admin charge ($15, depending on complexity). You'll also get sourcing notes if you want to continue the hunt yourself.

How much does this service cost?

Concierge service fees range from $45 and up depending on:
•Type of part
•Whether pulled or brokered
•Speed required
•Location/shipping complexity
•Shipping may be included or estimated separately.

Can you source parts for body shops or dealers?

Absolutely. Multi-part requests or recurring sourcing for auto body shops, classic restorers, and independent dealers are always welcomed. Custom retainers are also available.

Do you guarantee part fitment or color match?

Compatibility is based on VIN numbers provided, trim codes, and photos, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer to confirm vehicle specifics. Part numbers and photos are always shared before finalizing a purchase.

How long does it take to receive my part?

•Local pulls: Usually shipped within 5-7 business days
•Brokered direct-to-you: Depends on seller location (usually 5–14 business days)
•Brokered to-us-then-you: Add 2–3 business days for inspection and re-shipping
